Counselling

Counselling is a type of talking therapy that allows you to talk about your problems in a confidential manner. We offer a warm, friendly relaxed environment an all our therapists our highly qualified to help you at this point in your life. When issues are causing you emotional pain/upset and your struggling to resolve them counselling is the route to take. We provide a safe and regular space for you to talk and explore difficult feelings and help you find your own insights into and understanding of your problems

Counselling can help avoid prescribed medication or can be used alongside medication. You may be offered counselling as a single session, as a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months, or as a longer course that lasts for several months or years. This will be discussed within the first session. An initial free consultation face to face or over the phone is available.
